That sounds painfully familiar. We had almost the same mess on a sports betting discussion site where users wanted instant replies all the time, especially during big matches. After trying a couple of random plugins that kept freezing, I switched to CometChat because I found a decent deal while comparing services. For me it’s definitely the balance between entertainment and comfort. Recently I started exploring
