Our ketofied version of Nelusko cake is a triple layer mocha flavored chiffon cake filled and covered with keto mocha buttercream and covered with "made from scratch" chopped  cashew praline.

This is one of my personal favorite cakes shared to me by my mom, Chef Maai!
