Keto Bread Loaf Mix
Directions :
Yeast Mixture :
- 2 tsp yeast
- 2 T sugar
- 1 ½ cup tepid water or half water and 1 cup milk
Step 1 : Prepare Yeast Mixture
- Mix 2 tsp dry yeast
- and 1 T honey
- 1 ½ cup warm tepid water
Step 2.
- Pour all the mix in your mixer
- Add 2 tsp Baking powder to mix
- Add 2 eggs
- Mix in medium speed
Step 3.
- Slowly add the yeast mixture
- Mix in high speed
- This will be really wet but don’t stop until the mixture has reached the window pane stage. You should be able to hold a portion and have a window pane that does not break.
Step 4.
- Leave to rise for about an hour.
Step 5.
Then it's ready to be shaped. Knead the dough for at least 3 minutes. Then you can make rolls, or a full bread loaf.
Step 6.
Let it rest for about 30 minutes before putting in the oven. 170”F for 45 minutes. When you take it out of the oven, it should be golden brown and very soft to the touch.
Leave it to rest in your kitchen counter before enjoying.
Note :
- You need to slice it and make portions. Place the portion that you will eat for the week in your chiller while the rest in the freezer.
- To reheat, you just need to microwave it for one minute.
