If you grew up in the Philippines, rice and white-flour pandesal have been breakfast BFFs since grade-school recess. Masarap, yes—but the sugar spikes? Lethal combo sa antok! After countless 3 PM crashes (and a few “hangry” brainstorms), our team decided to flip the script:
What if we could keep the comfort, ditch the regret, and still shout “Busog!”?

Almond-flour pandesal (bread rolls). Coconut-fiber focaccia. Psyllium-powered cinnamon rolls.
