I'm not exaggerating when I say these 3 are the best because they certainly are. ✨

The keto brownies – they are so so good that my 4-year old daughter loves them too and with only 4g of net carbs I can dig in with gusto!

The keto bread rolls – it makes me so happy that I have these rolls to replace white bread in my LC diet. Smear with butter or sour cream and it tastes like you're eating the real thing. Yes, BREAD is LIFE.

THE low-carb lasagna – I haven't had lasagna for god-knows-how-long. Their version of low-carb lasagna tastes even better than the real thing. Indeed a low-carb comfort food at its finest. I'm sooo impressed!

Also, mad props to Ms. Monica for being upbeat and super friendly. Thank you sooo much! You rock! ❤️

Store your keto products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Make sure the packaging is sealed tightly to prevent air and moisture from getting in.
Some keto products may need to be refrigerated or frozen, so be sure to check the packaging for specific storage instructions.
Refrigerator: Store keto bread or cakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Make sure the container is tightly sealed to prevent air from entering and drying out the cake.
Freezer: If you want to store keto breads or cakes for a longer period of time, you can freeze them. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and place it in an airtight container or freezer bag. Frozen keto cakes can last up to 3 months in the freezer.

For Breads :

Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap the keto bread in foil or place it in an oven-safe dish and cover with a lid or more foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
Toaster: Slice the keto bread and toast it in a toaster or toaster oven. If the bread is frozen, defrost it first before toasting.
Microwave: Wrap the keto bread in a damp paper towel and microwave it on high for 10-15 seconds, or until heated through. If the bread is frozen, microwave it for 30-45 seconds.
