It is great to see the meal plans for late May ready to go! Having your schedule set for the 22nd to the 26th is the best way to stay organized as we head into the summer season. It makes healthy eating so much more manageable when the guesswork is already done!

And when I take a quick break, I usually just check out inat box since it’s simple and quick to use.
